The temptation to take shortcuts is real—but so is the call to faithful obedience. As we continue the PF40 series, we reflect on Jesus' third temptation in the wilderness and what it reveals about the cost of true discipleship. Prayer and fasting prepare us for spiritual battles, but only courage and surrender will carry us through.

Through this message, we are reminded that the way of Jesus is not always easy, but it is worth it. There are no shortcuts to spiritual maturity—only the cross, obedience, and the daily decision to follow Him no matter the cost.
